it doesn't matter how much air flow you have dojj, you cannot get air out of the intercooler at a lower temperature than the wind going through it unless you expand it or add something that expands (NOS as an example) or some other addition to take energy out of it. it's very basic physics mate and if you or anyone thinks they have seen it happen then you are mistaken and haven't fully understood the measurement processes going on.
