Actually, what has killed them was their wholsesale supply of CDs and DVDs - their subsidiary business EUK.
Approximately two years ago, they lost the contract to supply Tesco, who are now the second largest purchaser of media entertainment, and it's hit their profits massively.
That, coupled with a lack of forethought and no market definition means that it was only a matter of time.
