went to get some money out of the machine this morning to be met with "your card does not currenrlty offer this service"

so i tried again, same thing
called the card company up to find out what was going on, after the ususal security questions they said i would have to go over the security questions again as one of them wasn't right
so i went through them all again and was then asked to punch in a new 6-10 digit security code, twice and then the operator would see what was wrong
so i put the nbumber in, twice, and the machine said "sorry, the numbers do not match up"
?
i'm on a mobile, the numbers that i put in are the numbers that i put in again, so i put them in again, and again it said they didn't match
so i put the phone down
i called up again, got through to someone else, who said "the machine may have a problem, can you try another machine please"
that worked, the other machine was out of money
so, who failed
