Chip - that i totally understand... but this techonology has been around for YEARS! Way before they had to practice on two dogs!
Now, i genuinely understand that medical research and medical testing is ESSENTIAL to be able to progress in a number of ways.
I just dont see the benefit, of carrying out a procedure that takes TWO perfectly healthy dogs, mutilates them both, but only lets one survive.
Why couldnt the donor dog have been one that has just passed away?
