Sorry guys, heard this once or twice now and are starting to wonder if there is a fault of some form, yes we are busy and yes, I admit that phones don't get priority if we are calibrating maps for our installers and Will is on with somethin technical, but to not get through in a whole WEEK!

Please help me to look into it:

1) Are you getting the 4 options?

2) If so, which are you choosing?

3) Are you getting the option to leave a message?

4) If so, did you?
