When I got all my engine bits together, I realise my pistons were designed to be fully floating as opposed the standard CVH semi floating. I sent the rods and a gudgeon pin back to Farndon and they machined out the rod and inserted a little end bush machined to suit my gudeon pins. Might be worth speaking to them about sorting you some out?

Something I am going to have to do again as I have fucked at least 1 of the rods up.
