It is jim,however way you look at at... It think £32 for 4 litres of semi synthetic is well over the top along with the filter prices,its cosworth oil prices for a old oil burner.
Fair enough,i dont mind paying for there labour or tracking equipment,but they are well inflated prices for parts which is taking the piss.They also changed the passenger wiper at £12.99 although they passed it in mot last thursday!
