Although originally all policies were put in place by yourself I ask the question because as the site is now owned by IB who would have the final say in a change of PF policy or for example the addition of the much requested swap room!?
IB are extremely happy with the way I nhave run the forum Historically and have introduced no policy changes whatsoever and are happy for me to run the the forum at exactly the same level as i always did. So basically, what i say still goes.
That said, the policy is legally IB's as they are legally responsible for it, but they have deployed me to deal with it and manage it as i see fit, so its still mine. Does that even make sense? LOL.
