Help I have bought a focus ghia w reg last week and a few problems have come up that annoy the hell outta me.

1) When I start the car the brake lights, dash lights, side lights, interior lights all pulsate for 20 seconds and then stop.

2) Also driving home this afternoon the passenger window had a fit and wouldn't stay closed.

3) Not to sure if this is the same on other focus's but I cannot open the passenger window from the drivers controls only close it.

Any advice on what to do would be great.
