Question,it states if reshelled it will retain it's orignal id,how come a certain escos was reshelled a few years ago in to a brand new shell,owner was hounest and told dvla,they asked for his log book back ,and when they returned it to him,it read as a 3dr 2 ltr escort,dvla had stripped it of it,s cosworth id,so would dvla agree it,s still a genuine rs500
