I don't normally post much but I've had a bit dutch courage (a glass of wine) so I'm venturing out on what I normally want to ask but I dare not for fear of being shot down on here.

I'm genuinely interested in what there culture is like. Is there really a place where you don't come across such attrocities as Baby P??
