I'm just wondering what it's like living in a place like Dubai??

I know that there are a couple of people on here who live over there and I'm interested to know whether they still have the problems regarding crime etc that they have over here.

Saying as it has a totally different culture does Dubai still have people who steal cars, drunks on the street, homelessness, drunk and disorderly, child abuse etc???
