Good luck in CLOSING the account!
I tried to close a paypal account only to be told they had no procedure in place to do this.
All because my IP address had changed since I opened the account!
I know, i tried closing a past one down but couldnt, it has been closed now though as it wasnt used for so long, as i feared that someone may have hacked that one causing this whole episode.
Seems easier now though.
