ok so I am lot confused

I have had an on going issue with my car for quite a few months now

It doesn't like being driven when cold. The car seems to hesitate and misfire under any amount of load when first started.
The car idles fine but as soon as I try and move then the engine seems to miss but only for a few seconds. apart from that the car drives fine

Now I have replaced the plugs and leads. Dissy cap and rotor arm. Crank / phase / Air Charge temp / water temp sensors and the idle control valve.

None of them seemed to fix it

Earlier tonight I was reversing my car off my drive with my mate standing behind me and he ended up in a cloud of petrol smoke. Also he reckoned that fuel was practically spraying out the exhaust

I have had the car set up and the fuel pressure checked and everything was ok. The car didn't misbehave at all which is bloody typical. but when i started the car the next day the same thing happened

Has anybody got any suggestions of what could be causing this??
