Yes, buy if you buy the cosworth model, you'll need to install a cosworth spindle. Xr4 and sierra spindles are different. For the rear you'll need to so something like this to capitalize:



I have AVOs in my XR4Ti and changed to a cossie front spindle. Easy to do in the grand scheme of things.
