I think what stu ment ,was you checked gap of TDCand PHASE SENSOR ,
but had u checked sensors, as the only info after you have set the TDC and phase sensor is from the ECU,it is a form of synchronize with tdc/phase sensor for ignition and the injectors, reason i asked about idle with iscv plug off engine
warmed up is if it was not steady, maybe vacuum leak, co% or compression problem, even ignition, had any joy with T/Switch? does the car stumble hesitate
on the throttle,
