Have you checked your phone for firemware updates by the way? also a great tip is DONT install the nokia software that comes on the cd in the box, instead install pc suite 7 http://www.nokia.co.uk/A4630250 just find the n96 on the list and download the software, 10 times better than the cd software, plus it actually works/loads faster last time i used the bundled software the updater didnt save my contacts lucky for me i had saved them on my old phones memory, otherwise id have lost ALL my contacts, not good.
