I'm afraid that information is pretty useless when it comes to the Focus RS. A few Yanks focus a lot on the 2.0E engine and get Ian Howell type of figures out of them. So they'd be a little extreme for a minor RS setup.

On the Radtec intercooler, you will have a little take off on the inlet pipe (the one from the throttle body) which is used to mount the recirc. valve (which you need to get to replace the chav valve). So when you take your 2 blue hoses off, you can sell them on because they'll be useless.

As for making a filter, you will need to contact Paul @ Roose Motorsport and order the following. But bare in mind, you will need the MAF sensor pipe and filter. This is the old one, the new one looks much better and more professional if you get me
