I've been with transnexis.com in the past but left after they insisted I owed them a considerable amount of money the proceeded to take it without my consent. Currently with Pipeten, based in Sunny Sheffield, they are good but don't have telephone support. To be honest I don't feel it is of any detriment to their service as only big hosts have phone lines and they are always very busy.
