HI CHRIS,

Sounds like engine problem as you say when car stopped, and engine running
by dipping the clutch in and out you have slight knock,and rumble when slowing down, bottom end bearings?, if low oil pressure,what is your oil
pressure engine hot with the engine at tick over, but as 4/4 maybe something in gearbox, imput shaft bearing,normally noisier with clutch pedal released,
can you hear what area it is coming from,and is your gearbox oils for box and
transfer box oil at correct level, or is it 2, problems,
