Is that true? That kind of happed to me I stopped at a roundabout as I done a shoulder check this guy was going to fast and hit me, it sent my flying. I was on my motorbike, Hence the reason why I’ve just brought a focus. Does that mean that I’ve got to declare this on the insurance company even if it’s not my fault?
