I'm not intimately familiar with tuning turbocharged vehicles, I've done my own with advice from
experts and with good result judging by the dyno numbers. However, "powerup ram init. " is a term I am uncertain about.

Roughly, what are the parameters for this sequence? (load, TPS position, RPM) ?
