Yes, but none that would be considered "plug and play" nor any that fall into the "cheap" price range. (prices start at about £300)
The systems available for EEC-IV cars are "stand-alone" and can observe and Log engine data by splicing into the engine loom. It is up to the mechanic to interpolate between the data and any changes to be made
