I know what they are, I've just never needed to use one to get out a piece of glass or a trim. That said, I've probably never done it in the temperatures you guys can get in parts of Canada, so that could be a factor indeed...

Back to what I said earlier tho, if it's been bonded in, virtually no ammount of heat will get it out (unless enough heat is used to melt the glue, in which case the trim will be buggered anyway)
