Is this a belkin router you are having problems with?
Is it only connecting at local only and your unable to connect to the internet?
If so go on to the belkin website and use their live chat support, they cant do enough to help.
Even when they couldn't correct the problem online they gave me a contact number to call and after one hour it still wasn't resolved, 30 mins later they called back and one final settings change cured the same problem for me.
All this and it wasn't the router at fault it was Vista settings but belkin still sorted it out for me.

In this day and age of poor quality and poor customer support belkin are way out in front.
