sounds daft but it had a fuel filter put on wrong way ?
Since only owning it for a week, I've changed the wheels ( tires were down to the wire on the standard GTi wheels
or that was my excuse )
, 2 window regs, engine wise, oil + filter, fuel filter ( fitted the right way ), plugs, leads, dizzy cap, rotor arm, air filter...
2nd hand dizzy, and finally a timing belt kit...
It went on a mates computer ( MOT station I use ) which come up with hall sensor...
I'm gonna try get it on vag-com towards the end of the week...
