Cat/ breathers ok... Seems electrical fault... deffo limited to 3.5K...

I've done the belt and timed it all up perfect... all the marks on the belt side are perfect, and the dizzy cap lines up perfect with the mark on the dizzy base...?
Only other thing I think it could be is the wiring to the hall sensor on the dizzy...
