Well, if you ask me, you have 2 choices.

Newman CVH cam and Solids. Tricky to set up and needs checking 2 or 3 times in the first few hundred miles.

Standard cam and hydraulics. Personally, I wouldn't even trust Ford to not be using cheaply sourced parts. So, just because it's Ford, doesn't mean it will last.
