Fair comment but we drive the oil pressure up just before starting anyway & no failures yet.
We're the same with every other engine we build, but CVH's are in a league of their own. Honestly. It's partly to do with the design, but more to do with the lack of quality parts these days. Even OE Ford can't be trusted to be good, let alone Piper and Kent.
