i've tried that as it was 6 weeks after the offence when i got the fine. but they replied saying they contacted the owner who's name it was registered in with in 14 days and there is'nt a time spam after the first 14 days???

i've asked for photographic evidence and Calibration Certificate.
they have sent the photographic evidence (you can't see who was driving) but they have'nt sent me the calibration certificate.
