this is why you get your mum/wife/grandparent/etc to lend you their license

back in the day of paper license and no computers, everyone had 2 copies, one they kept in the plastic wallet, one hey kept in their pocket, the pocket one was the one they sent off to get pints on, the paper one was the one they kept when going to the job interviews etc
