If that's the case he should have pleaded not-guilty. If it goes to court and he's not been supplied with any evidence then the case is dropped. The risk is that they supply the evidence a couple of days before the trial, and then you're stuffed.
According to the Pepipoo Website it's more a case of you have been forgotten about. However, I know he did spend the whole of this year texting me to tell me he had a suspicious letter. It's been 10 months now and nothing.
