It all depends on the circumstances as to whether there are any loop holes or to the amount of points/fine you could expect. Every case is different.

Wait for all the goodie goodies who do 'EVERYTHING' to the book themselves, saying 'you were speeding' blah blah blah 'just accept it and take the points/fine'. Its because of these people that there are so many speed cameras around in the first place. If people just accept it without a fight, then it will only get worse!
