but have they gone already as in is this confirmed that there are no speed cameras left in swindon or will they be now stopping and starting to remove them?

in other words, if the cameras were tv's, have they stopped paying their license fee and got rid of the telly's or are they not going to continue to pay the telly license when the time runs out and then get rid of them, thus using them until the very last minute

from their statements it seems that they are pulling the plug now and have stopped funding them, but does that mean that central government will still fund them and catch people? i wouldn't have thought so, but these are very sneaky bastards i'm talking about, and if they can put a camera in your wheelie bin to make sure you are throwing away the corret sort of rubbish then almost everything comes into a different realm of underhandedness
