What I would want to do with it, is use a single version of it as an entrance to a larger garage.

If you had a 50ft * 50ft basement and then had this in front of it, you could drive into it, lower it, then drive off the ramp and park up in the basement.

Really need to look into what planning permission you need for something like that, as potentially it could be the difference between me needing to move house or not at a later date.
