without wanting to bring up the "repost" post chip, this story has been draging along for many a month now

have they actually decided that yes they ARE going to now stopp siting and using these camera's or have they just decided to stop paying for new ones?
and what happens to the old ones?
and when will this all take effect?

when they are being pulled out of the ground i think we will know for sure, but until then, i think we should all hold our horses so to speak
