Lad on the MR2 forum jacked his back end up on his MR2 to fit a new exhaust (he didnt use axle stands, just 1 jack) - he put his arm up over the rear subframe and between the sump - he was riving the manifold to get it off, he rocked it so hard that his cheapy halfords jack tipped over, the car fell on him, trapped him under it, smashed his arm to pieces (he almost had to have it amputated but they managed to pin it) - he was lucky as it almost smashed his chest too, hisold man heard him screaming and had to jack the carback up.
