the longer shafts can give vibration as the inner cv is at the end of it's travel when compressed and tri pod joint hits the inside of the cup, I had this on my xr4x4 after fitting cos 4x4 front hubs and brakes, so to solve the vibration I fitted the shorter cosworth shafts and problem solved.
