Exactly it seems it's all down to weather or not the judge is having a bad day, if he's just split from his mrs then you fucked although if she's just sucked him off before work this morning you can get away with almost anything!!

We need some kind of robo judge that dishes out the law as it was written (like in futurama - but that crashed so - go figure )

I do understand compassionate circumstances and stuff so maybe a human nees to control all the robo judges' final decisions but then you've just come full circle
