Im the same age as you and had worked at the company Ive just been made redundant from for 2 & 3/4 years.

They gave me £660 redundancy (2 weeks of £330) plus 5 days untaken holiday and the money Id worked.

i.e. The very minimum they legally had to. Bear in mind redundancy is NOT taxed.
