Very true, and sadly bugger all anyone can do about it.
Changes in oil prices per the barrel take 6 months to have an effect on the pumps, allegidly.
Yes but when its the other way round and it goes up, the price at the pump seems to go up the next day!
Ill be happy if diesel ever gets below a quid a litre. But as it is now, its still ridiculous.
