That was my point. They are quick to raise prices when oil goes up, but not so quick to bring them down at the same rate when oil prices drop.
Very true, and sadly bugger all anyone can do about it.

Changes in oil prices per the barrel take 6 months to have an effect on the pumps, allegidly.
