Has nothing to do with obediance. unless it is petrified of its master.
I'd like to disagree but I wouldn't know so will take your word for it. I just assumed it was all about what the owner wanted to do. I know when I take my mums dog out I can't take it off the lead as he won't come back.
Also, he only does as I ask him inside the house. 15 stone crazy, I'd love a dog that big.
