As always there is ONLY really one man to speak to who has the experience in high power Zetecs.
Ian Howell, he can advise on this but please remember if your going to speak with Ian he is not going to give you every piece of information under the sun for you to build this cheaper.
Personally you WILL need a big budget to run that power . end off.

Its not just an engine your building here, your building a car.

Fuelling system
Intercooler
Radiator
Custom exhaust system 3.5" /4"
Suspension
Brakes

Not to mention the expensive parts such as cams inlets exhaust manifolds and the hundreds of other componets.

Remember your wanting to build something thats not yet been done.

Currently Zetecs are upto the 530hp mark maybe a little more but nothing has hit the realms of 600-700.

Your therfore into unknown territory, what headgasket do you use?, what clutch? etc etc..

I want you to do it but believe me you wont do this on a budget your going to need huge sums of money i mean HUGE!!!

RESEARCH -TEST- DEVELOP is the name if this kind of project.
