tbh the fwd will probably only be for a year or so, im using a shell i already have. if a escort cosworth shell ever comes up at the right price ill buy that for rwd use.

obviously 99% of the engine will be rebuilt with better parts but i got the focus rs lump for a steal low milage so all the parts can be sold on for a better price than standerd zetec items to zetec turbo builders

i know the parts list i need to buy to cope with the power i ment what shops to buy from etc
