When the oil prices rocketted before, we were told that fuel prices would rocket too, and they did.

Then oil prices came down alot and fuel only came down by a few %, which is no surprise. Then oil prices climbed again and there were warnings on the news about the fact that the rise in oil prices would result in increasing fuel prices, even though the rise after the fall was still less than before.

Make sense?

That was my point. They are quick to raise prices when oil goes up, but not so quick to bring them down at the same rate when oil prices drop.
