You can apply the AG bumper care without streaking. You need to put multiple thin coats and it needs to dry out in between coats. Admittedly the snow foam isn't helping you.

On the subject of foam, below are a couple of cars thats been foamed with Zaino Z7.
Not overly foamy but easily good enough, more importantly not as harsh either.
