^ thanks for that, I will get a pic, as I said there is already a conservatory attached to the house but it leaks big time, its aluminium and there is daylight between the sides and the house!

we want one that is brisked up the sides but we also want to make the floor level with the floor in the lounge / diner (son in wheelchair)
