If you haven't already put on braided lines all round, get the single piece front ones and secure to the strut body, then just make sure calipers are nice and free no sticky pistons, also make sure handbrake(if on DRUM rear?) is adjusted up as most lost movement comes from here, then just bleed as normal.
I had this set up on a few sierras only noticed a very slight increase in travel, but no spongyness, otherwise look at seals on m/cyl.
