if i was to buy a part from a seller on here and id bought the wrong thing am i legally entitled to a refund? i wouldnt expect so.
if you buy something from a seller on here if there legally a trader with a registered bussiness than i would say yes you are entitled to a refund by law. (i may be wrong on this as its classed as internet selling) but if you were to buy something from me for example who isnt a trader than no. sales of goods act states some were (not sure were) that everyone is entilted to a refund on goods purchased with-in the 1st 7 days subject to company policy's stating things like electrical goods must be tested 1st (on registered bussineses) i think that makes sense
